Murcia Airport has now moved from San Javier to Corvera, It opened its doors on 15th January 2019 when the first flight touched down.
Officially called Regi\u00f3n de Murcia International Airport<\/strong>, RMU it is informally also known as Murcia Corvera Airport <\/strong>or just Murcia Airport.<\/strong>

<\/strong> The airport terminal is 28,500 m\u00b2  which is much larger than the old airport at San Javier. The old airport closed on 14th January 2019 and all passenger traffic rerouted to the new airport in Corvera. It can cater for over 3 million passengers per annum and flights are provided by Ryanair, easyJet and Jet2.com.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
